By accessing and using Nullsify ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly for updates.

2. Service Description and Use

Nullsify is a web-based service that helps users manage VPS servers and install or manage VPN server software on those VPS servers. There is no downloadable software required to use the Service.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You are responsible for all actions taken through your account.

3. How We Access Your VPS

To provision your VPN server, you provide SSH access (a key or password) to your VPS. We connect exactly once, over an encrypted SSH session, to install a lightweight software agent. That credential is not stored in our database — it is used only for that one-time installation and discarded immediately afterward.
All subsequent management of your server — applying config changes, adding or removing users and devices, monitoring status — happens through the installed agent, which authenticates with its own independently issued token rather than your SSH credentials. You may revoke our access at any time by deleting the server from your dashboard, which uninstalls the agent, or by independently rotating or removing the SSH key/password on your VPS.

4. Disclaimer

The materials on Nullsify are provided on an 'as is' basis. Nullsify makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

5. Limitations

In no event shall Nullsify or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Nullsify, even if Nullsify or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

6. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Nullsify could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Nullsify does not warrant that any of the materials on our website are accurate, complete, or current. Nullsify may make changes to the materials contained on our website at any time without notice.

7. Links

Nullsify has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Nullsify of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

8. Modifications

Nullsify may revise these terms of service for our website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nullsify operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

  • Accepting responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring that you use the Service only for lawful purposes

  • Not obtaining or attempting to obtain any materials or information not intentionally made available

12. Authorized VPS Usage

Use Only VPS Servers You Own or Control: You may only use the Service to manage VPS servers that you own or that you have explicit legal authority to administer. You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required rights or permissions.
Prohibited Access and Misuse: You must not use the Service to access, manage, or install VPN software on servers that you do not own or do not have legal authorization to administer.
  • Attempting to manage or access third-party VPS servers
  • Using the Service to bypass hosting provider policies
  • Sharing access in a way that violates provider agreements
  • Using the Service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
Consequences: We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you are violating this policy or these Terms.

13. Termination

Nullsify may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
